În cadrul proiectului se va constitui reabilitarea termică a elementelor de anvelopă a clădirii, instalarea unor sisteme alternative de producere a energiei electrice, reabilitarea termică a sistemului de încălzire și a sistemului de furnizare a apei calde, reabilitarea sistemului de climatizare, repararea colectoarelor de canalizare interioară, reabilitarea/modernizarea instalației de iluminat interioare, implementarea unui sistem de management energetic integrat pentru clădiri și alte activități care conduc la reducerea consumurilor energetice.

Obiectivul general al proiectului vizează creșterea eficienței energetice a clădirilor publice, reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră și scăderea costurilor la energie termică.
